The Manager Planning Session is a collaborative consulting experience disgned to support managers in building or refining a structured onboarding approach and identifying meaningful learning and development opportunities for their team.Ìý Working alongside the Training & Organizational Development team, managers review current practices, align goals, and create practical, action-oriented plans tailored to their department.
