New Faculty Hire Forms and resources
The original forms, no copies, are required to be completed as a new faculty member at 淫妻社. Upon completion of forms, please return to the department chair in the college department of hire. Your offer letter will designate where to return documents.

- Transcript - original transcript of all degrees. Copies are NOT accepted.
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification - I-9's are processed electronically through
the Intellicorp system.听 Your hiring department will assist听with completing this process.听
