Honors In Biology
Students in the Department of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology have the option of earning a degree with honors. Honors degree requirements include independent research and the completion and defense of an honors thesis. Honors versions of our introductory biology courses, which focus on active learning in the classroom, are recommended, but not required for the honors degree.
