How to Apply
ÒùÆÞÉçÌýGeriatric Medicine Fellowship Program is a one- year clinical training program for physicians, who are board certified or board eligible from (ACGME) Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Approved eligibility requirements include: successful completion ofÌýInternalÌýMedicine orÌýFamily Medicine residency. Candidates are interviewed, ranked, and matched through the .
Two fellows are accepted annually, and are expected to start July 1. However, accommodations for off-cycle trainees will be considered. Only electronic application applications are accepted via Ìý(·¡¸é´¡³§).

- Three recent letters of reference (including two from a U.S. physician)
- Transcripts from medical school

- (USMLE) scores –ÌýStep 1, Step 2, and Step 3
