PC and Laptop Recommendations
If you planning on purchasing a laptop or personal computer before attending college we recommend that the device fit within these parameters or better.
- Runs Windows 10 or macOS 10.14 (Mojave or better)*
- Wireless capabilities (802.11b, g, n)
- 8gb of RAM or more
- 200gb of hard drive storage or more
- At least one USB-A port**
- 6 hour battery life or better
Note that Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) is free to students for the duration of their enrollment at ÒùÆÞÉç.Ìý
As an enrolled student you can download Microsoft Office .
For discounted personal computer purchases, ÒùÆÞÉç has contracted
with Apple, Dell, and Lenovo. The link to these discounted devices can be found here.
* At this time Chromebooks or any device running Android, IOS, or Linux are not recommended.Ìý These systems may not be compatible with some required software for student coursework.
