State Authorization
ÒùÆÞÉç (ÒùÆÞÉç)Ìýmust comply with a state's regulations before any educational activity can occur within that state. Those regulations determine whether ÒùÆÞÉç may offer you a place in a course or program.Ìý The range of educational activities regulated includes offering 100% online courses and programs to online and/or campus-based courses that include activities such as internships, externships, co-ops, field experiences, student teaching, and clinical placements.Ìý
ÒùÆÞÉç participates in theÌý.ÌýOhio became a SARA state in March 2015. ÒùÆÞÉç became a SARA institution in August 2015.ÌýThis allows students from NC-SARA approved states to enroll in:
- OnlineÌýdegree programs, certificates, and endorsements that include internships, externships, co-ops, field experiences, student teaching, and clinical placements,Ìýand
- Campus-based coursesÌýwith out-of-state internships, externships, co-ops, field experiences, student teaching, and clinical placements.Ìý

Online Course and Programs
ÒùÆÞÉç's online courses and programsÌýareÌýavailable to students in all SARA states. If the programs include internships, field experiences, student teaching, and/or clinical placements, please check with the Program Director if you reside or plan to be educated in California.ÌýThe following programs include internships, field experiences, student teaching, and/or clinical placements:ÌýEarly Childhood Education - Fast-TrackÌý(Degree Completion, Non-Licensure)

Campus-Based Courses
ÒùÆÞÉç's campus-based programs that require or offer internships, externships, co-ops, field experiences, student teaching, or clinical placements as part of the program is available to students in all SARA states.
If you reside or plan to be educated in California, pleaseÌýcheck with the Program Director to be sureÌýthatÌýthere isÌýnot a restriction in this non-SARA state.
Relocation
A student needs to contact the program directorÌýto discuss authorization and licensure eligibility requirements, prior to relocating during the course of a program to another state, as it may impact the student’s ability to remain in the program, meet the state licensure requirements, and/or continue to receive financial aid funding.Ìý
