How to Access Counseling Services?
Being the primary university-based mental health service for students, the Counseling Center provides self-help materials, workshops, group therapy, individual counseling, mental health and wellness programming, and crisis intervention services to help students cope with the demands of college and to facilitate the development of life adjustment strategies.
