Dr. Peeters is an educational psychometrician, educational research methodologist, and clinical pharmacist.Ìý He obtained his B.Sc.Pharm. from the University of Alberta [Edmonton, AB], and his Pharm.D. from the University of Washington [Seattle, WA]. Thereafter, he completed a two-year Pharmacotherapy specialty residency with the School of Pharmacy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center [Lubbock, TX].Ìý At that time, he attained his Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). As a faculty member at ÒùÆÞÉç, he completed his M.Ed. and Ph.D. focused in Educational Research and Measurement. Additionally, he has obtained certificates from The University of Toledo in Biostatistics & Epidemiology, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy in Teaching & Learning as well as Leadership & Management.
