Tracking Attendance at Your Event

- You don't have to be a member of the organization hosting the event to check people in. All you need are UTAD credentials and the event code from InvoNet.
- Need to look up an attendee? Ask for their full first.last@rockets.utoledo.edu email address. Start typing it in, and watch their name pop up quickly! (Or, just ask them their name, and put a "." between first and last, and you'll probably find them).
- Phone taking awhile to register an Event Pass? Screen shot the pass and check in the person later.
- Need to add attendees after the event? You can enter email addresses through the event in InvoNet (see Tracking Event Participation article above).
In addition, you can request ID Card Readers from the office that plug into a laptop and then swipe an individuals Rocket Card to track their attendance.聽
