Robert’s Uniforms is the University’s preferred supplier for your uniform needs.Ìý TheyÌýhave created a customized order experience for UTMC/UT employees.ÌýÌý

For new hires :Ìý a voucher number will be given with onboarding information from human resources to receive complimentary sets as a full time or part time employee.ÌýÌý The voucher number must be provided at time of order entry. Uniforms will be shipped directly to your home.ÌýÌý Size charts are provided online so please pay special attention to each garment and its size specifications.ÌýNote: Uniforms are not available for try on/sizing at UTMC.

ÌýFor new hires or current employees:Ìý you may order additional uniform items

  • Personal credit card required to order additional items.
  • Transit time is typically two days from date of shipment.

For other replacement uniforms paid for by department:Ìý

  • University P-card required
  • Orders will ship to UTMC receiving department

Returns and exchanges are handled directly with Robert’s customer service.
