Matthew Estes joins Toledo Law as assistant professor of law after earning his Ph.D. from Caltech. He will teach Property in the first-year curriculum and seminars on Law and Economics and Law and Technology. His recent work examines the effects of eviction court access costs and the relationships among legal movements, judges, and the legal academy. He is a graduate of Caltech, the University of Chicago Law School, and Harvard University.
